Paid Time Off
Innovative Intelligent Solutions provides employees with paid time off (PTO) for
vacations, illnesses, and personal business. PTO is earned on a monthly basis and
accrued according to the employee's length of service with the company.

Employee Referral Program
Innovative Intelligent Solutions, LLC offers a Referral Award program to encourage
our employees to assist Innovative Intelligent Solutions in hiring the best possible
people for our Company. Bonuses will be made only for direct referrals; not for
walk-in candidates, immediate family members, former employees or candidates that
apply through employment agencies. Employees must inform Human Resources of the
referral before the candidate is interviewed, and submit the completed Employee
Referral Form with the candidate’s resume. Referral forms submitted after the resume
has been received by Human Resources or a Hiring Manager will not be eligible for
a bonus. All regular, full and part-time employees are eligible for bonus awards.
We offer $500 referral award for each successful referral for each employee. See
